The CyberPower Smart App Online OL6KSTF rack/tower step-down isolation transformer converts 200 V to 240 V input voltage originating from utility power, a UPS, or a generator to 120 V output. The OL6KSTF has a capacity of 6,000 VA / 6,000 Watts. It features six (6) NEMA 5-20R receptacles that can support output to NEMA 5-15P and 5-20P plug power cords. A hardwire output terminal block provides a means to connect to an electrical subpanel. The included 6-foot cord (NEMA L6-30P plug to ROJ) connects the OL6KSTF to input power. Over temperature protection safeguards your OL6KSTF from damage if the internal heat exceeds safe operating parameters. A Three-Year Warranty ensures that this extended battery module has passed our highest quality standards in design, assembly, material or workmanship. | |

A very professional organization. Their stock items ship very quicly and arrive as expected. Backorder items have a estimated ship date which understandably can change as the suppliers make things available. When items ship typically the customer will get an invoice and in most cases a seperate email with detailed shipping info like tracking. Although the tracking information updates have greatly improved they are not 100% so at times a item may ship but tracking will not be readily available. The OrderTracking link on the website might show the missing tracking info but the email updates seem to be more reliable. Overall this is a great company, easy to work with, trustworthy and reliable. Customer service I will give my absolute best rating as they are there to help, they do help and they DO NOT under any circumstances give the customer the "run-around". They will gt back to you in a timely manner, usually in hours of your request. They have information that is useful, they answer your question. Quite possibly the best customer service out there.
